The design will include a custom pet portrait wearing a sweater and a Christmas hat. If your pet is already sporting some accessories in the photo, we'll do our best to incorporate them into the design and maybe even ditch the Santa hat.

Material: Cotton fleece 300 gsm (80% cotton and 20% polyester)

We understand that once you have chosen a special tag for your pet, you are eager to receive it. Below you'll find detailed information about the processing time, including lead time, so you know exactly what to expect.

PROCESSING TIME
This is the period from when you place your order to when we dispatch it from our facility. This includes the time it takes for order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging.

Standard Processing: Our standard processing time for customised items is typically between 5-10 business days. This window allows us to craft your items with the care and precision it deserves.

Rush Processing: If you need your items sooner, we offer a rush processing option for a fee of SGD35. Please email hello@brownandbuttergoods.com to check the availability of this option. Rush processing has a reduced timeframe of 2-5 business days, depending on our current order volume.

SHIPPING TIME
After processing, standard shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days for orders in Indonesia and Singapore. For other international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the courier service. Please see Shipping Information.

LEAD TIME
Lead time refers to the total time from the moment you place your order to when it is delivered to your doorstep. It includes both our processing time and the shipping time.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER
High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be longer due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and strive to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Communication: We will keep you informed every step of the way. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, as well as a notification with tracking information when your tag ships.

Customisation Cutoff: To avoid delays, please ensure all customisation details are correct at the time of order. Any changes made after the order is placed may extend your processing time.

Hand wash or machine wash: Hand washing is best, but machine washing is faster. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle and cold water.
Dry flat: Lay sweaters flat to dry to prevent stretching. You can speed up drying by placing the sweater on top of a dry towel.
Store folded: Store sweaters folded instead of hanging them to prevent stretching.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, weight of the items, and size of the items. We offer free standard shipping on orders over SGD40 to Singapore domestic customers. For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight and size.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country's regulatory agencies. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, including customised items, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your order.

Registered/Tracked Packages:
To ensure security and traceability of your orders, we use registered packages for shipping. Each registered package comes with a unique tracking number. Upon dispatch, you will receive this number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking is usually accurate until the package reached the destination country where it may be transferred to the local postal service. The level of tracking detail provided at this stage may vary based on the postal service's capabilities.

Delivery Issues:
In cases where there is a delivery issue such as a package not received, even though it is marked as delivered, the responsibility lies with the courier service. We recommend contacting them directly as they are better equipped to locate the package. It is also advisable to check with your local post office in case the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. While we aim to facilitate a smooth delivery process and support our customers, we are not liable for any delivery errors once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the courier service.
