What is the difference between tags and charms?

Tags are personalised and customisable, whereas charms are as is. If you're looking for a product to display your pet's name or add your personal details to, purchase our tags.

Who are the tags and charms meant for?

The tags and charms were created with pets - dogs and cats - and humans in mind. We created this product to showcase your personality as well as your pets with interchangeable charms.

What are spacers?

We will give you free spacers in random colours to separate each tag or charm. If you have any colour preferences, please leave us an order instruction during checkout.

How do I combine the tags and charms I've ordered?

Add order instructions on which tags and charms we should put on one carabiner during checkout. If you have any doubt, please reach out to us on Instagram or WhatsApp.

What materials are the tags and charms made of?

They are made of lightweight acrylic - making them suitable for your pet's everyday wear.

Can we personalise the tags?

Yes, here are some of the options we offer:

  • Your pet's name
  • Your pet's date of birth
  • Your name
  • Your phone number

How long do they last?

With the proper care, our pet tags and charms should last relatively long. Please expect usual wear and tear, such as surface scratches. Do not allow your dog to bite or chew on the pet tags and charms, as they could break into pieces with sharp edges.

Are your tags and charms waterproof?

The tags and charms are waterproof, however, the metal rings and carabiner would suffer from wear and tear after repeated exposure to water. If you’re taking them to the beach, make sure to rinse the tags and charms with water to prevent rust!
